Ocean Pacific Dreams

Pacific dreams is a development and construction company originally from southern California. We have been in business since 1984. We primarily build and remodel homes. After 20 years of doing business in the Los Angeles area, we moved our operation to Costa Rica in 2004. We immediately fell in love with the country, its people and its culture. Not to mention the great weather, serenity and warm ocean waters. The Costa Rican government and its people are very receptive to foreign investors. We have built projects in Costa Rica including in Marbella, Liberia and San Juanillo.

Now we have a new project in Jicaral in the Provence of Puntarenas. We look forward to building your dream home in the middle of paradise. The 180 degree ocean views are second to none. They are the most spectacular views we have seen thus far. You will see many islands and at night, the lights of the city of Puntarenas. A view that will never get old. Just breathtaking.
