We likewise save lost deals for Banks, Brokers, Asset Managers, CPA’s, Etc., by partnering with them to refer those non-qualifying borrowers to us and collecting a 25% referral fee. Additionally, we help Banks generate more revenue by then sending those clients back to them when they are ready to qualify for traditional bank financing.
