At Atlantic OB/GYN Associates, PC, in Brick, New Jersey, board-certified OB-GYN Vanita H. Patel, MD, FACOG, provides a comprehensive range of women’s health services. 
Patients have access to care ranging from well-woman exams, birth control, pregnancy check-ups, and hormone replacement therapy. The practice also provides care for gynecological issues, like endometriosis and fibroids, as well as skin rejuvenation and body contouring services with Tempsure® Envi and Tempsure® Firm devices by Cynosure®.
Dr. Patel always wanted to become a doctor, and knew delivering babies was her interest. She completed her undergraduate studies at Pramukhswami Medical College in Gujarat, India, in 1999. She completed her residency in dermatology and venereology at M. P. Shah Medical College in Gujarat, India. She then completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York. Dr. Patel is board-certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and she is affiliated with the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (who gave her a “Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures” award), the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin, and the American Medical Association.
She has been practicing medicine for 15 years, and she established Atlantic OB/GYN Associates, PC, in 2010. She believes the role of an OB/GYN in a woman’s life can’t be overstated, which is why she goes the extra mile to make her patients feel comfortable and build long-term relationships built on trust. 
The practice is conveniently located across from Ocean Medical Center, where she has privileges, along with Jersey Shore University Medical Center. The practice welcomes patients of all ages, and they participate in most major insurance plans.
