Originally founded by Dr. Paul V. Spiegl, this progressive orthopedic practice consistently maintains an excellent reputation in the medical community of Atlanta. Our specialties include injuries, diseases, and conditions of the foot, ankle, knee, hip, spine/back, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. Our physicians have over 35 years of experience treating everything from the most common orthopedic conditions to the most serious and complex. We treat professional athletes, work-related injuries, fractures and patients with chronic conditions, such as arthritis and diabetes-related issues. 
Our AAAHC accredited facilities are available for traumatic injuries, joint reconstruction, neurologic surgery, foot and ankle surgery, knee, shoulder, and elbow arthroscopy, sports medicine, wound treatment, and shock wave therapy. For patients requiring inpatient surgery, our physicians maintain privileges at both Emory St. Joseph's Hospital and Northside Hospital.
