Hello and welcome to Essential Health & Hypnosis. My name is Marilyn Kopasz, I am now doing my dream job - a certified hypnotist and energy psychology coach.

I worked for the US Department of Defense for over 30 years in the Washington, D.C. area and I really enjoyed it. In the various positions I held, I was able to directly support our deployed service members, create new programs and policy, participate in crisis/contingency operations, and provide a variety of training and counseling to employees. I know a thing or two about stress and trauma (the 9/11 hit on the Pentagon destroyed the first office I had been assigned to work), and I've developed unique skills to help people. For decades, I held security clearances, so you can be reassured I can keep your confidence.
