Liz Alleva is a passionate Certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator who loves to teach Moms-to-be how to have a safe, gentle birth. Liz spent 15 years teaching modern dance and choreography to middle and high school students in Brooklyn and Manhattan. When she became pregnant with her son Mason, she took HypnoBirthing to prepare for his birth. That journey took her in 2015 to Portland, Oregon at 7 months pregnant to become certified to teach the course.

Liz now teaches Moms-to-be how to empower themselves to have the birth that all women deserve!
