Theresa Woods and Margaret Woods founded Belwood Properties in 1999. They worked for ten years previously in the property management business, learning the ins and outs of the real estate investing world. They then committed to creating a boutique management company that would customize service to tailor fit each real estate investor.

Our management team is powerfully run by the women of our family, which helped us create the foundation that our company runs on. Integrity, efficiency, customer service, team work, and communication are just some of our core values.
