Parker Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Each Parker resident is cared for by our experienced and qualified nursing staff. We provide a full complement of leading-edge nursing services including provision of prescribed medical treatment and medication, pain management, restorative care, enteral therapy, respiratory care, intravenous therapy, wound therapy, and wound and post-surgical care. We offer intermediate and skilled levels of care and many specialized services. Our nursing staff also provides compassionate assistance with day-to-day needs such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Parker prides itself in providing the highest level of care to its residents. Our experienced nursing staff work as part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to offer individualized treatment plans for each resident. Individualized Care At Parker, residents can receive physical, occupational, and speech therapy as indicated by their personal physician or Parker's own medical director. If required, Parker offers a specialized wound care program, feeding and intravenous programs, and a full complement of ancillary services including audiology, dental care, and podiatry. Residents with dementia receive ongoing, focused attention by highly trained and experienced professionals, helping them to achieve their optimal level of functionality.
