Hello there, my name is Joseph Lopez and I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. I understand at times, the problems we face can seem so unique to us, that it can be difficult to open up with anyone. I am here to listen at your own pace, without judgement and invite you to take the first steps towards change in your life. I start by getting to know the client for the person they are, without judgement. Once a relationship is built and an understanding of their potential is developed, I provide a space to safety, "push" them towards their goals. At times we need to hear hard truths to make changes and I offer transparency when speaking to my clients with respect to them.
