The Coaches Conclave

The idea for The Coaches’ Conclave was born out of my genuine love of interacting and learning from other coaches. Going to coaching clinics and the national convention has allowed me to learn from some of the best coaches in their field. The speakers and demonstrations have greatly influenced my coaching philosophy.

However, some of the most impactful lessons I have ever learned occurred when I was able to interact with coaches and ask them specific questions. Sitting in the hotel lobby, lounge, or bar after the speakers are done is an environment ripe for learning. Clusters of coaches sitting around sharing ideas and having the opportunity to ask follow-up questions. It was in this setting that I was fortunate enough to learn from guys like Ron Polk, Augie Garrido, Skip Bertman, Ron Fraser, etc. The information and connection to those coaches have proven to be priceless.
