Kwan "Kevin" Park, MD

Dr. Kwan Kevin J. Park is a board certified orthopedic surgeon in Houston. He specializes in hip and knee joint replacement surgeries, failed joint replacement surgeries, and hip preservation surgeries.Dr. Park strives to provide his patients with the highest quality and evidence-based care to assist them in returning to active lifestyles. His primary focus is in patient education about both non-surgical and surgical treatment options, rapid recovery after total joint replacement, and minimizing surgical complications.He majored in Biochemistry (B.S.) and in Chemistry (B.A.) at the University of Texas at Austin and earned his Medical Doctorate (MD) with high honors at the Texas A&M Health Science Center in Bryan, Texas. He completed his orthopedic surgery internship and residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas.Dr. Park then received additional fellowship training in adult joint reconstruction surgery at Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and completed M.E. Muller Foundation Hip Society Fellowship in Europe at multiple centers (Germany, United Kingdom, and Switzerland).
