Community Spine Center - North provides convenient onsite services with physical and rehabilitation physician specialists and a team of clinicians specially-focused on back, neck and spine care. Community Spine Center offers a full range of care for back, neck and spine pain, including: assessment of condition for accurate diagnosis, on-site imaging, on-site physical therapy, injections, EMG testing, NCS testing, specialty consultations and evaluations, referrals to spine surgeons, physician triage, and a care navigator who helps facilitate the flow of information from the health care providers and the patient and family.
