Karman Legacy Hospice

When end-of-life care becomes necessary, the team at Karman Legacy Hospice works to provide a family-centered approach with the freedom to make choices regarding the patient’s care and quality of life. Our goal is to relieve discomfort and stress, while providing spiritual and grief support for patients and caregivers. We will continue to ensure our team cares for patients in all situations, regardless of ability to pay.

Karman Legacy Hospice is rooted in the healthcare history of Oklahoma. Karman Legacy Hospice is Oklahoma’s oldest hospice service. Karman Legacy Hospice offered Hospice services prior to there being a formal hospice program and those providing the service are often reminded of why we are here; we are here to offer a service that is not like any other healthcare service offered. We provide a service that has the distinct honor of being provided to those who are at the end-of-life. We treat each and every life with the same wonder and splendor that is due the individual. We also offer a number of services that are family/caregiver oriented as there are special needs for those who will be left to remember the life that has passed on

We have a staff of nurses who work with a team of physicians, chaplains, social workers and Certified Home Health Aides to offer a coordinated and patient specific plan of care. Hospice services are provided where ever the patient calls home and those services are available 24 hrs per day.
