Jami Fosgate does not represent people in court or argue for them with the Judge. Jami Fosgate’s regular rate is $285 per hour. Couples who attend together receive a FREE consultation to learn the benefits of not litigating a divorce or family law matter. Mediation sessions may be scheduled in the evenings & on Saturday for your convenience. Jami Fosgate also provides Limited Scope Document Preparation at a flat fee for people who want to control the costs of their family law case. Jami Fosgate DOES NOT represent parties in court.
