Andy Punia is TREC licensed and InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) who started this company 5 years ago with a vision in mind to provide a top-notch one-stop home inspection service that can cater to clients for all their inspection needs. Before getting in the Home Inspection industry in 2016, Andy Punia worked in the insurance industry as a Property Insurance Adjuster and Agent. We perform Home, Mold, Termite, Pool & Spa, Phase, Warranty, Maintenance, Septic, Well, Electric Magnetic Field (EMF) Inspections, Mold Sampling & Water Testing.
