Phil Smith Property Services is a Construction Industry Scheme registered company and performs all aspects of groundworks utilising our mini digger / micro digger and skip loading dumper. Larger excavators up to 13 tonnes can be supplied upon request. All our operators are CPCS qualified for machines in excess of 10 tonnes and less. Whether it is digging out a driveway, cutting tree roots, landscaping a garden, renovation, digging footings, we’ve got you covered. We also carry out construction projects be it a complete renovation, an expansion to an existing property or a new build, and we carry out landscaping projects from simplistic to more intricate designs to fit any budget.
