ABOUT PRACTICE
The goal of board-certified podiatrists Rolando Melendez, DPM, and Shweta Raina, DPM, at New York City Ankle & Foot, is to provide high-quality podiatry care and foot and ankle surgery to men, women, and families throughout New York City. They have two convenient locations in Jackson Heights and Woodside, Queens. 
The team at New York City Ankle & Foot proudly offers both conservative and surgical, patient-centered treatment. Patients can access foot and ankle surgery, orthopedics, and sports medicine, as well as diagnosis and treatment for a variety of common foot and ankle problems including ankle sprains, ankle instability, Achilles tendon ruptures, fractures, hammertoe, in-toeing, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, bunions, and flat feet. 
The team also provides same-day appointments for trauma patients and uses minimally invasive techniques, including arthroscopic surgery. Other common operations the team performs include diabetic limb salvage, flatfoot reconstruction surgery, foot and ankle fusion surgery, and foot and ankle reconstruction.
