I received my Master Degree in Social Work (MSW) from The University of Iowa in 2004. I worked at Broadlawns Medical Center on their Crisis Team for 7 years and for Des Moines Police Department's Mobile Crisis Unit for 2 years. I have been in private practice since 2013. I have a strong and sincere passion for helping my clients figure things out, whether that is day to day stress and anxiety, clinical depression or complex trauma. I am EMDR trained. I am open to working with all age groups
