Nyagon G Duany, MD

Dr. Nyagon G. Duany earned her undergraduate degree at Bradley University where she played Division One basketball on a scholarship. During her sophomore year, she sustained a sports injury that required treatment and began her interest in sports medicine. Dr. Duany received her medical degree at Indiana University and completed her Orthopedic Surgery residency at Howard University in Washington D.C. Dr. Duany also completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati. She is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and will be providing team coverage for the University of Louisville. While her primary focus is on sports medicine & arthroscopic surgery, she also see patients with general orthopedic issues including fractures, arthritis, and joint replacement surgery.
