Summit Foot and Ankle: Andrew Burgon, D.P.M.

Andrew Burgon, DPM, brings considerable experience in podiatric medicine and surgery to his practice, Summit Foot and Ankle. He cares for men, women, and families, in Farr West, Utah, and throughout Weber County. 
Dr. Burgon was born and raised in Northern Utah. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Utah State University in Logan before pursuing a career in medicine. 
Dr. Burgon enrolled at Kent State University, College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. He excelled in the program and earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Burgon subsequently completed a three-year reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgical residency in Evansville, Indiana. 
Since opening his private practice, Dr. Burgon has focused on basic foot and ankle surgery, such as bunion and hammertoe correction. He also performs reconstructive foot and ankle procedures to address problems like traumatic arthritis and flatfoot deformities. 
Dr. Burgon offers conservative, non-surgical care as well. He regularly works with people of all ages, from children and college athletes to seniors citizens and individuals with disabilities. He always sets aside time to get to know his patients and works to understand their goals. After gathering all of the necessary information, he develops custom care plans that help them return to activity as quickly as possible. 
​When Dr. Burgon isn’t meeting with patients or augmenting his professional skills, you can find him spending time with his wife and three boys. He also enjoys the outdoors, skiing, hiking, and biking. Dr. Burgon welcomes patients seeking improved foot and ankle health to his practice today.
