Dr. Daniel Nelson and Sarah Goble, PA-C are highly skilled in diagnosing patients’ conditions and creating individual treatment plans that are custom-tailored to each patients’ needs. Dr. Nelson has extensive experience in performing advanced techniques including, but not limited to Kyphoplasty/Vertebroplasty for compression fractures, Spinal Cord Stimulators, Ultrasound-Guided Injections, Sympathetic Blocks, and Radiofrequency Ablation. Additionally, Dr. Nelson provides expert regenerative medicine therapies like stem cell therapy and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments that are safe and effective, and could help patients avoid surgery.
