We treated ourselves to Blackstone grills and professional griddles, sourced the finest hotdogs, and decided to elevate the pushcart street food game like never before. From the moment we fired up the grill we knew we were onto something, but that there was also something missing. We tried everything we could think of, and then the answer was obvious: bacon-wrapped hot dogs. By adding the finest bacon to our dogs we could seal in the flavor and add something mouthwatering to the streets of San Francisco. From the day our bacon-wrapped hot dogs went on sale they became the #1 most sought after street food in the area, and all because we do things the right way.
