Barefoot Studio KC was created with the intention to be the change we seek in our community for yoga and other movement based practices. We conduct our business because our people matter and this space matters. Through our products, practices and profits we aspire to do no harm and benefit all who enter. We are dependent on each each other and thus responsible for each other and future generations. Anyone, regardless of age can practice sustainable movement in our space to build resiliency, vitality and move away from pain.
