Michelle Liebert, M.D. - SightMD Smithtown

Michelle Liebert, M.D. is a board certified pediatric ophthalmologist specializing in strabismus surgery. A Mom herself, Dr. Liebert takes a personal interest in each and every one of her patients, caring for each as if they were her own. At all of five-feet tall, the children don't usually feel threatened by her smiling face and comforting demeanor. One of her favorite aspects of being a doctor is that she can follow her patients from prematurity until adulthood. She takes pride in the fact that some of her patients start out with poor vision and crossed eyes and become smiling 20/20 patients with straight eyes. Dr. Liebert grew up on Long Island and now takes care of many of her teachers' children and grandchildren.
