We, Howard and Ann Owen started this business in 2008. We started it because we wanted to offer good quality products at affordable prices. Our #1 priority is customer service. If you buy your dog supplies from us we will do our best to keep you in the field hunting. If you break down, call us at 573-549-2888 and we will provide support. You can also send us your broken unit and we will send out a refurbished model the same day we receive it when possible. (subject to availability). We also take trade-ins on your older Garmin systems and Tritronics units. Trades must be done by phone. 573-549-2888. (Sorry we do not take beep beep telemetry systems in on trade).
