One Medical and Iora have joined forces to transform healthcare for all as One Medical Seniors. One Medical Seniors - Grant is open and seeing patients in the Tucson community by appointment only. We are welcoming new patients and are seeing patients in-person and virtually when deemed medically necesary. One Medical Seniors - Grant is a primary care physician's practice dedicated to and designed especially for seniors on Medicare. We know that when you invest in relationships with people, you can help them live happier and healthier lives. That's why at One Medical Seniors, patients get a provider and care team dedicated to their care.
