Chase Bailey, DNP | Utah Family Practice

Chase Bailey grew up in Ogden and completed his undergraduate degree at Weber State University in Nursing. He went on to attend the University of Utah College of Nursing to complete his Doctorate of Nursing Practice.

Chase completed his clinical residency with Dr. Jeff Zavala at Ogden Clinic Grand View. He has also worked at Lakeview, Davis and McKay Dee Hospitals. At Ogden Clinic, he works in Family Medicine and at our Urgent Care walk in clinic. Chase enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He also enjoys rebuilding cars and fishing.
