Nanette R. Dacumos, MD - St. Joseph Health Primary Care West Villa Maria

Dr. Nanette Dacumos was born and raised in Manila, Philippines and attended the De La Salle University and then Manila Central University, where she earned her medical degree. She is a member of Texas Academy of Family Physicians, Board Certified in Family Medicine, and Board Certified in Anesthesiology from the Philippines. Nanette was inspired to pursue a career in the medical field as a child, having once been a Polio victim. Growing up in an underprivileged community in Manila, she was exposed to many inequities, including, health disparities. Nanette is fluent English and Tagalog. She enjoys Primary Care because it is the front line for prevention and detection of diseases. Nanette considers herself an advocator, coordinator, and counselor for her patients. While Nanette is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
