Dr. Zapinski grew up in Northwest Indiana, the proud daughter of a hard-working immigrant mother and Hoosier father. She spent her childhood learning to play piano and flute and studied French, spending a year as an exchange student in France. Throughout her time in school, science was always a passion which led her on the path to becoming a physician. She has been practicing neurology in Indiana since 2003.
