Cody Regional Health Check Clinic

Cody Regional Health offers self-directed Health Check Lab testing through our satellite Cathcart Health Center. These prepaid, self-referred tests can screen for anemia, diabetes, and cardiac risk.

You can request these health check screening tests without a doctor's order. This service offers high-quality, affordable health screenings. Testing is confidential and can provide you with an important tool for wellness assessment and early detection of some diseases. You order the test; you receive the results.

Use the list below to determine which tests you need. Then print and fill out the consent and liability form and drop it in between 7 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday at the Cody Regional Health Cathcart Health Center. It's that simple.

For accurate results, this type of health screening requires fasting (nothing by mouth except for water) for 8 to 12 hours beforehand. People with diabetes should not fast for more than eight hours and all participants should continue taking medications as prescribed.
