In 2005, Ashraf opened ANMOL Restaurant in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago. After 5 years of quality food and service, ANMOL has made a name for itself and therefore become one of the top choices for catering and special events throughout the Muslim community.

Our founder Mohammad Patel, settled in Chicago, Illinois in the early 90’s and has been part of the food service industry ever since. With unmatched experience and a strive for perfection, he has created an empire comprised of Restaurants, Meat Outlets, Grocery stores, Distribution companies and a Slaughter house to have full control over the quality of our products, creating a true sense of “farms to forks”.
