Stephen Mohaupt, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in helping patients ages 20 and older overcome addiction. Dr. Mohaupt provides in-person care at Recovery Psychiatry in West Los Angeles near Santa Monica, California. He also offers telemedicine services from his Sawtelle-based practice that allow his patients to schedule appointments around their busy schedules and complete treatment in the comfort of their own homes. 
In addition to substance use disorder and addiction, Dr. Mohaupt treats patients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. He provides a collaborative approach to care, working with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan and medication strategy to improve their quality of life.
