As a Certified Integrated Holistic Health Coach for women, Kimberly Klunzinger founded Healthy Living with Kim to help you implement lasting change in your life by tailoring an all-encompassing program to your individuality. We give you the tools you need to live your healthiest life, from a clean eating plan to spur weight loss to tapping into the rejuvenating power of essential oils.

As a health consultant and wellness coach, Kimberly begins with a complete medical history during the free initial consultation. Then through either one-on-one or group coaching, she recommends individualized food and lifestyle changes, providing mentoring and support along the way.

Her most popular program is the 12-Week Transformation. Clients meet with Kimberly every other week and she create for them a personalized nutrition plan and fitness plan. To make sure these become life-long changes, she goes the extra mile, making over their pantry, going on a grocery store visit, and educating them about how to read food labels. With the 6-Month Total Transformation Program, we delve further into the process. Encouragement and accountability inform everything we do!

For convenience, the sessions can take place in-person at the client’s home, or via Skype or Facetime. It really doesn’t matter where you live; we can take care of everything online, too.
