"My mission and privilege is to educate and nurture families, while they learn to care for their breastfeeding infants. Having the experience of nursing two children of my own through some challenges, I really enjoy facilitating new parents as they work towards their own personal goals in the journey of nourishing their baby. I have been employed and working with babies and new mothers at Swedish Medical Center for over 30 years, and as an Internationally Board certified Lactation Consultant for 20 years. My past experience as a NICU, Maternity Support Services and high risk Antepartum/Postpartum RN, as well as a teacher in staff education and prenatal classes contributes to my current expertise at the Lytle Center for Pregnancy and Newborns."
