No one can predict with absolute confidence a medical outcome, or guarantee the health of a patient. Providing excellent medical care means guiding individuals through these uncertainties. Labor is the most intense event a women or couple will experience, and the best outcomes require excellent medical care. However, the daily problems of existence also require attention and support. While aspiring to be a physician whose opinions are sought and respected by colleagues, it is also critical to me that I am approachable, open-minded and available to my patients for these moments in their lives.
