"India finished her DONA International birth doula training in 2017 but her passion for families and babies began during her time as a student at Seattle University in 2012. She attended business school by day and worked as a newborn nanny by afternoon/night for mothers around Seattle. India's goal as a birth doula is to serve as a listener and supporter to the laboring person. She brings a non-judgmental, calm and confident energy to the birth environment. As a woman of color, India is passionate about creating a community of support nets and resources so families are empowered during the start of this special journey. In her spare time India enjoys tending to her urban jungle of houseplants, finding hidden food places, and hanging out with family. Rate: $1600"
