My name is Russell Melville and I am the owner/operator of HouseWise Inspection LLC. I am a NYS certified Home inspector, NYS certified Mold Assessor, and a NYS certified pest inspector. Residing in Corinth my entire life, I live a mile from my homestead. I have been in the home inspection business for about 12 years now, the first four years as an employee inspecting residential and commercial facilities in Queensbury, Glens Falls, Saratoga, Clifton Park, the Adirondack region, norther NY and central Vermont for the insurance industry. I have completed thousands of inspections prior to starting my own business. My prior experience includes:

Employed as a NYS certified machinist for 18 years
Worked in management for the same co. for another 7 years
Completed construction projects such as restoring a century home
Built additions on my own home, a log home, out buildings and a garage
Worked small contracting jobs in various building trades
