Our Psychology Practice, based in Toowoomba Queensland, has been servicing the Darling Downs Region for over 10 years. Our Psychologists provide a variety of Services designed to support the health and well-being of your mind, emotions and spirit.

Every Psychologist at our practice uses scientifically researched assessment methods and therapeutic strategies designed to improve mental wellbeing. Our practitioners are trained in the clinical use of many such methods including; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Behaviour Therapy.
