At UGI we have a broad investment mandate, making opportunistic investments in both public and private opportunities across various industries and assets. Our family typically invest with an indefinite holding period, and as a wholly owned company with significant liquidity, we are typically able to execute in an expeditious manner under various structures.

The private opportunities we look for are companies that are seeking liquidity or capital needs. We also look for partners with management teams that have or desire significant equity stakes in their businesses.
