We are a boutique medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury litigation firm. The firm does not manufacturer cases or injuries and has a strict damage criterion for intake. The firm handles all aspects of litigation from the pre-suit investigation of cases to the retaining of necessary consultants and expert witnesses. Once filed, the firm shepherds a case through litigation until resolution.

The firm only represents plaintiffs and is based on a 100% contingency model. The firm covers all costs of litigation at no risk to the client. However, should any recovery be made either in settlement or at trial, the expenses are reimbursed and the firm recovers a percentage of the gross/total recovery.
