MICASH Fitness founder, Mike Ashanti has over 20 years of sports and weight training experience, which culminated in July 2019, where he placed as a runner up in the UK Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation and qualified for the UKBFF Masters Physique British Championships after being placed 3rd in the qualifying round in September 2019.
A lifetime of fitness, weight training and competition has contributed so much to his life in terms of confidence, health and a sense of achievement, and he realised it’s now the time to pay it forwards, inspiring others to follow the same path and get as healthy as possible, in body, mind and spirit.
