Eduardo Rodriguez attended Florida Southwestern State College with a focus in business. While pursuing his degree, Eduardo worked several years at a major banking institution as a loan officer and assistant manager where he tailored loan programs to fit the needs of individual borrowers. Eduardo’s expertise landed him in a position where he was able to structure an array of programs such as Federal Housing Administration (FHA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Veteran Administration (VA), jumbo loans, and home equity lines of credit.

With several years of mortgage lending experience, Eduardo has assisted hundreds of homebuyers in reaching their goal of homeownership. He believes communication is a key component to a smooth and efficient loan process. He understands the complexities and stress involved in the home buying experience and makes it his goal to walk each client through the process in an efficient and stress-free manner.

Eduardo was born in the Dominican Republic, raised in New York City and has lived in the Naples area for over 13 years. Being bilingual has allowed Eduardo to break the language barrier and assist families of Hispanic descent in obtaining the American dream.
