Bruce Silva at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC

Bruce entered the mortgage industry in April of 1987 as a Loan officer for Continental Capital Corp. which later became CHL Mortgage. In 1989, he became a partner with the company and along with this group, grew the business to one of the premier lenders in the Long Island NY market. In 2014 CHL Mortgage was sold to Freedom Mortgage where Bruce was the Top Producing Loan Officer in the country in 2015 and 2016 respectively.

He's also an accomplished public speaker and consistently educates his clients with his First Time Homebuyer Seminars and other educational programs. He's also been honored by the State of New York Mortgage Agency (SONYMA) for his production with this program.

Bruce is a family man, with a beautiful wife and 4 wonderful children. With a well-respected name in the industry, Bruce brings another level of expertise to his realtor community and clients.
