Vancouver Vein & Surgical Center is led by the board-certified general surgeon Dr. Rubano. For the past 20 years, Dr. Rubano has honed his surgical skills in general, venous, and minimally invasive procedures. At our clinic, he provides patients with personalized care and attention as he works with them to plan out the best possible course of treatment. We tailor our treatments to better meet the unique needs of our patients.Some of the specific services we provide include: minimally-invasive vascular surgery (varicose veins and spider veins), cancer surgery, hernia surgery, and laparoscopic gastrointestinal operations (including cholecystectomy, colectomy, and splenectomy surgery).
