While Kelley mostly serves retirees and pre-retirees in Southern California, she has helped clients all over the country. She has passed the Series 7 and 66 securities exams and holds life and health insurance licenses in California, Arizona, New York, Nevada, Hawaii, Michigan, Ohio and New Jersey. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California.
