Wedad Rahman, MD

Dr. Rahman earned her medical degree at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She then completed her residency in internal medicine at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences followed by a fellowship in endocrinology at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr. Rahman is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Rahman specializes in endocrinology. Her special interests include type 1 and 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), as well as adrenal and pituitary disorders. In her spare time, Dr. Rahman enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
