Kelly Givens, MD

Dr. Givens is board certified in family medicine and provides a full range of primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, at Baylor Scott & White Dallas Diagnostic Association – Park Cities. Her special interests include preventative medicine, adolescent medicine and long-term management of chronic conditions. Dr. Givens graduated Magna Cum Laude from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She completed her medical training at MCMERF/Waco Family Medicine Residency Program in Waco, TX. Dr. Givens is married with three children, and she enjoys cooking, travel, reading and spending time with family.
