Riti (Chikki) Chikkerur, CSO and President of Pro Se Court Support

My name is Chikki “Riti” Chikkerur but I might as well be called Sarah, Anita, Angel or any other name.

I am sometimes a dad too. My story of trial and tribulation for years in family court defines the story of many of you! Different places, different faces. That is all.

My experience of being a Pro Se litigant in Texas Family court, defending my children’s best interest (Texas Family Code Section 153.002-Best interest of child factor) instilled in me invaluable education, but most importantly instigated a fire in me that I cannot contain. A fire that fuels my life purpose. And that purpose is to provide wholistic support to our children who are embroiled in Family law disputes between dueling parents and their attorneys.

Through this community initiative PSCS(Pro Se Court Support),my team and I hope to assist you in resolving family disputes in an cost and time efficient manner.

My team and I subscribe to the Gandhian philosophy of applying integrative power over your opponent which means to take authentic actions that bring those in conflict together instead of neutrality or division.
And why is wielding integrative power in family disputes important? Because our children are our future and this planets greatest resource.

Traditional methods of family dispute resolution are divisive and only create a traumatic outcome for our children involved. We need a more wholistic approach. PSCS hopes to help.
