Property Projects Plus

Born in Eastern Kentucky, my father moved the family to Lexington in 1985. We have lived in Central Kentucky ever since. He has over 30 years experience in the construction and home remodeling field, and has had a part in building numerous major landmarks in the Central Kentucky area and all over the state of Kentucky. A few examples would be the big blue building in Downtown Lexington, the Festival Market, Fayette Mall Dillard's, and Walmart Distribution Center in London, KY. I began working with him in 1999 and he has taught me everything he knows from woodworking, drywall, and flooring in residential work to metal studs framing, acoustical ceilings, and everything in between in commercial work. We decided to use what we've learned over the years to make those projects you've always wanted become reality.
