Better Gym Lincoln

Better Gym Lincoln is situated on Tritton Road, a short walking distance from the City Centre and Central railway station, with frequent bus services running just outside the gym. The Lincoln centre offers it's members state of the art gym equipment - cardio, resistance, plate-loaded and free weights as well as functional area including an exercise frame, core bags, boxing bag, battling ropes and much more! The centre also offers a selection of fitness classes from, group cycling, total body conditioning, and yoga plus the Junior Gym programme offers 11-15 year olds the chance to get active and enjoy our gym in a safe and supervised environment. Whether you are a new or experienced gym user, there is always friendly fitness expert on hand to assist you with your training needs or give you some advice and motivation.
